AR Tähelend OÜ has been providing accounting services since 1994. We started with just 3 employees; today the team is many times that size. High standards, trust and professionalism have brought us clients we have worked with for many years. Most of our clients are companies based in Estonia, but we have partners abroad as well.
The challenge of managing the workload
Anu, the firm’s manager, had long been looking for a way to bring consistency to how work was managed – which is why Uku was such a long-awaited solution. Before Uku, the firm had a set of forms for noting down tasks and spreadsheets for preparing invoices. Over time, employees adjusted the forms and spreadsheets to suit themselves, and gathering and comparing the data became time-consuming.
Accountants deal with recurring tasks every day, but one-off jobs come up too. Before Uku, these were sometimes forgotten and never made it into the spreadsheets – which meant the client was never billed for them either.
