Accounting for e-residents and foreign-owned Estonian companies
You set up an Estonian company as an e-resident, or you own one from abroad. We keep its books, file its tax returns and prepare the annual report, all online, in English, with your own accountant in Tallinn. Fixed monthly fee from €80 + VAT.
How it works when you're not in Estonia
Nothing in our service requires you to be in Tallinn. We keep your books in Merit Aktiva, a cloud accounting program, and run payroll in Merit Palk. You get a free limited login for raising sales invoices and tracking payments. You send us invoices and receipts by e-mail, as e-invoices or to a shared folder, and every month you get the agreed reports and a tax summary.
We file the payroll tax return (TSD) and VAT return (KMD) with the Estonian Tax and Customs Board and, under a power of attorney, deal with the tax authority on your company's behalf. Your own accountant answers your questions in English, by e-mail or phone.
